So it has been a couple of rough days for me, and I thought I should make a video to share a bit about that.

Deborah L. Seely: Hi! As you can see, my name is Deb. This is my blog. It is my attempt to bring education to the rest of the planet about Multiple Chemical Sensitivities. I have MCS and it has drastically changed my life. I am on a couple of quests. 1st is to take care of my own health, specifically getting to a clinic where I can get testing done to figure out exactly what is going on, and 2nd to create a community of Canaries (that is what we call ourselves) where we can interact and not have to worry about being exposed to chemicals. It is very lonely having MCS.
